I started my career in a small restaurant in the mountains of California. Since then, I have worked in every type of kitchen from high-end country clubs to small family owned kitchens. I’ve also gotten a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Having seen almost everything has given me a unique perspective on how to improve and maintain revenue and moral.

My first service I offer is website building and maintenance at either $75 or $100 per month. A website can directly improve your business traffic with customers able to view your menu and prices.

My second service is safety and sanitation audits at $200 per audit. I maintain a National Food Protection Manager Certification and have passed inspections everywhere I’ve worked with a score of 98 or more. If you’re worried about the health inspector, I will come in and do a full audit, providing an improvement plan to work on before your next health inspection.
